Granada is a small city, but it has everything you need. You can get around easily on foot or by bike, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink.

There are museums, art galleries, parks and gardens, churches, bars and clubs—you name it! There are also lots of options if you want to get outside in nature: hiking trails; waterfalls; hot springs; zip-lines; horseback riding; surfing…and more!

3. You'll eat well here

Granada is known for its fresh seafood and fruit—and even better food than that! You can taste the local flavors at any number of restaurants throughout town. There's something for every budget—from street food carts selling tacos or pupusas to fine dining restaurants where you can try traditional dishes like moro de res (beef with plantains). And if you're feeling adventurous? Try some grilled iguana (it tastes like chicken!).

It's easy to get lost in this part of town since there's so much to see!

While Granada's city center is beautiful, it doesn't even compare with what awaits outside its borders! Granada has plenty of beaches along its coastline that offer incredible views day or night (and plenty of amenities like bars/restaurants). You can also take day trips into the mountains where there are many trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. There are also a number of lakes and rivers that offer opportunities for swimming, boating or just relaxing under the sun!
